"Teaching Life Lessons Through The Beautiful Game"

Shanghai Pudong QUICK LINKS

Our aim is to provide an environment where players desire to compete and develop as Footballers and as people. The goal of the Dulwich Earthquakes context is to motivate youngsters to attend each training or match day with an enthusiasm and drive to want to reach their capacity.

Whilst developing a healthy competitive spirit we believe it is our responsibility to ensure we develop young players as individuals both on and off the field, who represent Dulwich and the Earthquakes by acting with integrity, honesty and respectfulness at all times. We highly value the process of learning and building of character, within this journey we aim to build sound footballing beliefs that we as coaches carry from experiences within the game.

Our programs focus on motor development, technical acquisition and a love for the game at the grass roots level. We continue to transition these skill sets as expectations of development rise and the psychosocial aspect of competition is introduced. We will foster an environment at the oldest ages that graduates Academy players who are cognitively sharp and competitively responsible teammates with an advanced skill set.

Finally, our Academy will foster positive experiences which develop a player’s desire to participate in football throughout life, regardless of future situations.
